Outstanding Customer Service!My husband and I do not have a lot of craftsmen’s skills. The verbal and picture directions for assembly were easy to understand; and, the pre-drilled holes in the pieces fit perfectly. But, we needed help in the step with the barrel nuts. This was the first time we saw a barrel nut. With one e-mail, customer service attached real photos of step 2 with easy directions for the placement of the barrel nut. After that, we finished the assembly. And as an added bonus, the first step was done before they shipped it to us.We now have cedar end table that is sturdy and beautiful!
