I was going to return the pants but when I tried them on for my husband, he really liked the material which was a little more dressy than my usual Landsend Yoga Pants. I decided to give them a try and think they will work in many settings.Called "Active Pants" I expected something in a sturdy fabric suitable for travel, i.e., walking, getting on and off buses, trains, planes, etc. Instead, this is a elasticized, shiny, slippery fabric with a very broad "waist" band that doesn't really settle on the waist. They're going back.Great quality and fine value. Always reliable brand for fit, durability and lasting style. Cannot recommend enough. As+++Not only too big but simply ugly
